By participating in an interview with Art Connex U, the interviewee acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Content and Editing
   All interviews are conducted, recorded, and edited at the discretion of Art Connex U. Art Connex U reserves the right to edit, format, and present the content in a manner it deems appropriate, including but not limited to adjustments for clarity, length, style, and readability.

2. Final Publication
   The final interview content, in any form (written, audio, video, or digital), is the sole property of Art Connex U. Art Connex U is not responsible for any perceived misrepresentation, interpretation, or reception of the content by third parties.

3. Liability
   Art Connex U, its staff, contractors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the interview process, the content, or its publication. This includes, without limitation, any claims related to opinions expressed, factual information provided, or any use of the published material by third parties.

4. Acknowledgment
   By participating in an interview, the interviewee confirms that they have voluntarily provided their statements and understand that the interview will be edited and published under the terms stated above.

Inclusion of subscribed artists in the yearly art book edition is not guaranteed and shall be determined at the sole discretion of Art Connex U based on established criteria, including but not limited to timely subscription, active participation, and compliance with submission guidelines. Art Connex U reserves the right to modify or update such criteria without obligation to notify subscribers individually.
